Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

To keep this policy fair for everyone, returns are accepted only for genuine issues, such as:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item significantly differs from its listing

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size by mistake, or simply not liking the product. Please review product details carefully before ordering.

3. Exchange, Not Cash Refund

Approved returns are resolved through an exchange for the correct or a replacement item, not a cash refund. A refund is issued only if a suitable replacement is not available (e.g. the item is out of stock).

4. Condition Requirements

The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact for a return to be accepted.

5. How to Request a Return

  2. Fill out the form with your order details and the reason for return (include photos of the issue if possible)
  3. Our team will review your request and contact you with next steps

6. Order Cancellations

Since orders are processed only after payment is confirmed, cancellation requests can only be honored before the order has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
