By accessing or placing an order on Nexbir, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Nexbir is an online store offering products to customers in Pakistan, the UK, USA, UAE, and other countries. Product listings, descriptions, and prices are provided in good faith and are updated regularly, but errors may occasionally occur — see Section 4 below.

All orders on Nexbir are prepaid before dispatch, except where Cash on Delivery is offered.

• Karachi: Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payment
• Rest of Pakistan: Online payment only (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer)
• International orders: Online payment only, via Payoneer

For online payments, you will transfer the amount to the account details provided, upload a screenshot of the payment as proof, and submit it with your order. Once verified, your order is confirmed and a confirmation slip is emailed to you. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.

Prices are listed in multiple currencies for convenience; conversions are approximate and based on prevailing exchange rates. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel and refund any order affected by such an error before dispatch.

Orders are delivered within a maximum of 7 days from payment confirmation, depending on your location. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery for genuine issues — such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. See our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and the process.

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

All content on this website — including the Nexbir name, logo, product photography, and page design — is the property of Nexbir and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Nexbir is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. For customers in the UK, USA, or UAE, applicable local consumer protection laws also apply where relevant.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
